This car is without doubt one on the most fun cars I have ever driven not just owned, when its just parked it puts a big grin on my face and even more so when behind the wheel blasting down some country lanes. It's in great condition due to it being galvanised. There is lacquer peel on the drivers wing and a few dints which add to the character of this quirky french classic. Hood has various marks and previous repairs but is water tight, the rear screen section has been replaced at some point. There is a stack of receipts,past MOTs and handbook including the place of purchase.
This car has also had a jaunt along the French riviera in its life, I know this because there are receipts from when the exhaust was replaced somewhere near Nice
It has been ultra reliable and has never let me down even when the snow came.
It is now on coilovers which have about 30mm left on the body of the shocks so can be lower. The rear has lowered gas shocks too.
Does not rub and full lock can still be achieved.
The reason for selling due to a change in family circumstances I no longer have the use of a 'sensible' everyday two kids and belongings car. so I am on the lookout for a decent sized boring hack.
