I have wanted an old Japanese saloon for a long time, and this weekend i sold my 99 bmw 5 series so i could go pick this up from a Retro Rides member :-) I'm so pleased with it and have a few plans for her. After collecting Mel the Mazda from brum and dropping her home my pals ran me to Bolton to pick up a set of 5 stag wheels and nuts for an absolute bargain. We gave them a test fit and fitted my tsurikawa ring Next to come are lowering springs, mk1 golf chin spoiler, and id like to find a ducktail style spoiler.

E3 You could get an E5 turbo in Australia. You can also fit a B6 motor... With a car this light every extra hp makes a nice difference

Contrary to popular opinion, I do have mechanical sympathy, I always feel sorry for the cars I drive.

Looks great, but then I'm bias Great look with the stag wheels. If you want extra go, then pop an MX5 lump in. you can pick em up for peanuts. Coil springs are available, but only drop them an inch. coilovers are the thing to go for, but the cheapest are around the £600 mark. If you look in at club protege, you'll find tons of knowledge about 323's. I was pretty tempted by this, with a view to sticking in my pre cat BG lump and making a sleeper.glad its gone to a good home.

Looks nice and clean on those wheels! Not sure about the camber and hood extension plans though... but feel free to change my mind!

The camber is excessive, more for curse word n giggles on photoshop. But the front is just an exstendion of the nose cone

Ah I see that now. Might be nice to make a whole replacement, as apposed to modifying the original nosecone though. Especially considering the one you have seems pretty mint, bit of a shame to chop it up!
