OK, so your car door won't open. The logical approach would be to carefully remove the trim on the inside of the door and twiddle with the mechanism 'till it opens, right? WRONG! Here's our method of solving such a problem: BZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ!!!!!!!!! There, job's a good 'un *note strategically placed BEER* LOLZ ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

it doesn't matter if it's a Morris Marina or a Toyota Celica - it's what you do with it that counts

We wanted to get the seats & carpets out, thus needing access. Seemed like the easiest option, given that the door was fubar'd anyway. ;D OMG! so it didn't sell then?! Well, it did... but I got the bullsh1t excuses this morning off the buyer. Can't have it hanging around, so we stripped off loads of stuff, and the rest is crusher fodder. Shame, cos the shell iself is really sound. Can't save them all though.

I understand teh situation, if the shell is ok is it worth wanging that on eghey, just to see if any interest? then again, scrap price is strong...

Haha, good work! Shame about the Chevette, I thaught they were in vogue with the rallying boys at the moment and commanding a fair stack of coin? I don't know where I got that information from, mind. I tend to make up scenarios in my head to justify wanting one

Probably some form of displacement therapy. Allow Russel to dissect the kadett with a grinder probably allows the Dolly to live another day ;D

I was hoping this would be a Dolomite lowering thread. Of all the things I thought when I saw the title, this was not one of them. My initial reaction was that he was attempting a DIY Crayford on it.
