Background
Well, due to a lack of time the E36 has to go, as it's currently taking up space on my in-law's driveway. Up until last used (March 2012) it was a thoroughly reliable daily that got me around with no trouble at all for 36k happy miles. Sadly, I suffered the predictable E36 waterpump failure (3rd time) and this time it took the headgasket along with it. Shortly afterward a new car meant that this became a project, which rapidly became a large driveway ornament. It can be driven onto a trailer with no trouble and I'll charge the battery to make sure it can be removed with little hassle. Given some minor remedial work and a new headgasket, it could easily have plenty more left in it. I'm really only putting this up to see if there's any interest, before I start dealing with the usual clowns on eBay.
The good
Fern Green (lovely colour IMO)
Front E/W
RCL (both keys present, along with emergency key and spare)
Dual zone climate & A/C (needs a re-gas)
ASC+T
Back on it's BMW Style 30's
Factory fitted Sport pack
New waterpump
Replacement control arms/lollipops not too long ago
The bad
No tax or MOT (passed previous MOT's with few issues)
Dent & rust spot on OSR door/wheelarch (prior to my ownership, never bothered me sufficiently to remedy the problem)
Usual chips/scratches etc, commensurate with age of vehicle
Could do with new boots all round as the tyres are a mish-mash that came on the original Style 30's

try find a local BMW specialist breakers, i have just sold a 2001 Volvo V70 that pumped A LOT of smoke out the exhaust and got £900 for it as even 2nd hand the parts are expensive, yours has nice wheels and interior too !
