Thought it was brilliant, even my girlfriend who normally disappears or takes a nap during it was giggling all the way through. Although she did get moaned at by myself and her father for saying Hammond's 'Stang was 'ugly and curse word' shes still learning bless her.
Was a very short series, could have been because Hammond's accident or is it the BBC gradually fading it out because of its notoriously un-P.C-ness? Hence Clarkson's "We don't know when we'll be back" comment at the end. Maybe all is not well at Television Centre.

They play up that whole embattled thing a bit too much I think... they are one of (if not the) highest rated programs on BBC2, so they won't be canned for that reason alone. They aren't really that un-PC either... neither are most of the shows on BBC 2 to be honest... Lets hope they are taking the time between this series and the one that starts in the summer (it was said they would be back in the summer) to write some new ideas for the show. |

Well I personally hope they'll be back better than ever. Although, unfortuantly, they're gonna run out of stunts to do in the not too distant future. I mean, there cant be alot more they can do surely? Maybe I just don't have a big enough imagination.
