Totally stumped!!
My saab 95 has the BRC sequent fitted, and all four green LEDs are on solid, however the other led, which is usually red will switch to orange while driving, is there a reason for this? I'm not sure that the LPG is actually being used or if its staying on petrol the whole time?
anything I can do to check??
cheers guys!

I use the free Wi-Fi at Starbucks to complain to Starbucks about how slow their free Wi-Fi is.

You should be able to force it to start/ run on LPG - is there a manual for it? One possible combination is ignition on but engine not running change fuel switch from gas to petrol then back to gas then try to start. Have you checked the water level lately, if its low it possible for the LPG vapouriser to ice up and not enough gas will be supplied hence it will swap to petrol. Alternatively there are filters on the LPG system (to remove the heavy ends from the gas) that should be changed in line with a maintenence schedule - nobody I know of ever does this, changing them or giving them a good blasting through with carb clean or brake cleaner usually does the trick - obviously let them dry out before refitting
Tubbs on here is an installer and is most helpful

I have a BRC Sequent system on my BMW. The 4 LEDs are the fuel level and the other one is to tell you if its on lpg or not. Green means lpg and red or orange is petrol.
Mine had issues at first because the vacuum lines had perished so may be worth checking them.
Tubbs is the expert here on LPG

I have BRC fitted, mine sometimes does funny things , like the green changes to orange, and two of the green led's flash. It seems like some sort of code, but I've had it checked out and no faults appear, and it still runs like a dream. have you had it plugged into a computer to read any faults? As Dodgerover says it does need filters changing.

I am not familiar with the BRC system here (Tubbs should be able to sort you out), but the lights flashing IME tend to indicate a fault (which could be almost anything without investigating it).

Did you ever get the four lights on at once resolved?
I have four lights on and not staying on LPG?
I think the tank is full........fuller than normal and wonder if it is overpressurised or has a lockout valve to stop the flow?
I also recently changed all the filters but believe it is a supply issue as the symptoms got worse and worse until it won't switch over...........in fact sure there is a supply issue. What do you guys think?

What do you guys think? Could be a blocked filter (did you clean/ change the one in the bottom of the first solenoid under the bonnet?) or a pressure issue. Might also be a solenoid that isn't opening fully so leaving the had turned off. They do sometimes flash the lights I think it's supposed to indicate an overpressure condition but that's unlikely to actually be the case.
