Isuzu 117 coupe. Magnificently rare in the UK. Saw (the only?) UK one in C&SC a couple of years ago. It was a maroon colour so maybe you've tracked it down! Did it not also appear in the Ebay thread at some point over the summer?

True, I think the guy wanted too way much money for it.
Like the man who had the UK's only Leyland p76 coupe but wanted £20k or thereabouts!

Ooooh, Gordon Keeble's are just about the most desirable car in the world. Well, today at least!
As for the P76 - people really do think that something should be expensive just because it is rare! In that case, the Fiat Strada in our For Sale section should be up for grabs at £50,000!!

Could be! I went for an extended stroll up there, but it seemed to be in a compound and I didn't want to wander in there. However I found a stripped Bristol 411 parked on the street 50m away, next to a 'backstreet' garage proclaiming to be an american car specialist....

American Car Care Centre/Services is the place on Randells Road - virtually all their business is looking after Bristols; they look after mine. I seem to remember that the stripped car is a 408, although I might be wrong. Phil

Actually, thinking about it, the stripped car might be a 407.
