Now, a Renault 20/30 with a Ford V8 is something I fancy. Otherwise, a R5 Alpine will do nicely.

The car that made me realize old cars are what's cool is this 12 TL estate: A friend bought it for €700 to replace an old Lancia Y10, just 'cause it seemed fun at the time. I had always liked cars, but 'fun' cars were unattanaible for a young student. This car opened my eyes and about eighteen months later I bought the Tina. My mate sold the 12 but it went to another young guy who's got a second one, apparently it'd still be alive! I quite like these coupés, the 15 & 17: ;D

I'd absolutly love to have a renault 4. See a few when i go out to spain, still being used as work horses, however this rather interests me!

My Dad was a big Renault fan. His second car was a 4, then a 12, then a 16 before he had to get estate cars because of the pesky kids, and Mum had a 6, a 12 estate, then a (Lada and 2CV shaped) gap to a 5 and lastly an 11 (which we gave to her Dad when his Fiesta died). I "borrowed" these from him: 4 and 6 brochure scan His 12 with the 4 behind it. Taken in Sep 1973, which means the pram in the back left corner of the pic contains a 4 month old me!

Renault 12 tl estate. Best car I have ever owned 250000 miles and never let me down once. Would buy another one today but they are a bit thin on the ground now. Have owned just about every Renault model from the late 50s and still have one as my modern daily, Sadly my last as it is complete rubbish.

I love 70s Renaults, If a 20 or 30 crops up for sale i'll take a punt, as for your 19 TR it had the old C type engine in it! our first 19 had the energy engine and that had plenty of poke but the subsequent 16vs we replaced it with always brought a grin to my face

Ok I know the Fuego was '80s but its too cool to miss out!
