If no then it just wants welding up
if Yes then i'm screwed cos i'd want it x-rayed or crack tested with a dye and I don't know anywhere that can do that
Place I use for all my powder coating have a chap who does repairs and fabrications - he's welded up the odd wheel for me too and done a nice job for a very reasonable price
