I am selling my Sony Xplod Active Subwoofer - XS-AW200X
It's a compact 8" sub in an enclosure with integrated amplifier (it's active). Before I got this I was running two 12" subs off an external 800W amplifier (It was the early 2000's, I was a bit of a rude boy, all the cool kids were doing it!). Once I grew up a bit I got my hands on this and in a typical everyday in car setup it sounds so much better. The little 8" driver is punchy and more than capable for both those that like a bit of additional audio quality or, with a quick adjustment, to make your neighbours like you a little less!
The problem with this (yep, there has to be something) is that I no longer have the wiring harness for it - The plug that goes into the sub enclosure with tails for all the connections. I'm sure these must come up from time to time on eBay or the like; however, with a quick internet hunt I got the following info:
first line from the left to right:
1-high level input left +
2-high level input right +
3-no pin
4-wired remote
5-GND -12V
6-power +12V
second line from the left to right:
1-high level input left -
2-high level input right -
3-remote (wire to car radio)
4-wired remote
5-GND -12V
6-power +12V
With some spade connectors and a basic wiring knowledge you could wire it in manually without the harness.
Also selling a pair of Sony Xplod 6x9's
Worked well when removed from my car (about 2 years ago). Been stored in garage since. One of the spade terminals is broken so cable will need to be soldered rather than used with a spade connector. One of the integrated tweeter cones has a dent (see picture as that'll probably show the problem better than I can describe here) but it works fine. Also, one of the speaker grilles has a few rust spots on it, but nothing major.
£50.00 for the sub AND the 6x9's Including postage (to mainland UK excluding highlands). For postage elsewhere, ask for quote
