hello ive had a quick look on the internet and couldnt find much, just wondered if anyone knowa a local blacksmith?
i need to get my eye ends flipped on my viva HA rear leaf springs?
any help would be great cheers

Stones did the reversed eyes on my HA front spring - mind you that was probably 15 years ago now! ;D

havent rang anyone yeah, but by the sounds of it its gonna be expensive, will i be alright doing this? i done this to my front spring but found it too sag, but this time i will only be doing the one main leaf like these guys www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=506852

i made the jig a few years ago and have done quite a few without issue. i think johnny made one too.
i would NOT remommend the anvil/hammer method, its about the only way you can get a leaf spring to snap.
i can do it for you if you like, I'm about as far away as you can get from bristol, although there is a couple of people on here making a trip over to me from brizzle on thursday.....
