So the other day I was lamenting the fact that 1980's Bentleys are not listed as having a towing weight, so I don't think I can go mental and buy one to use as a tow car. So I shut that thought out my mind and started look round at late 90's Merc estates as they seem to be in bargain bucket territory at the moment.
Then I saw this :
Which made my brain start spinning again.
So whilst the Merc approach is probably the most likely (sub 2k tow car that is comfy is always a good thing) I started to think on other options, pick up trucks? 70's Estates? Subaru Forrester? What cool stuff you seen towing other stuff?

Oh and the purpose is for towing my Datsun when I got to meetings where I might bend or break something on it. So car transporters are also good... but I can't fit anything over 2 metres tall into the workshop..... so think on that for inventive ideas
