well I've been uploading some choice pics from CaRS 06, and am feeling suitably melancholy to sharing them tonight. I'll let the pics do most of the talking, in 4 or 5 pics per post. theres over 100 of them so if you're on dialup, forget it! I told you I'd wait until a grey winters day to share. with no particular order, lets begin-  I'll try some commentary as we go. this has to go down as one of the top mk3s ever.  ghetto!   but doesn't need that huge oil cooler    BC's stormin' monza  spot old skool cortina yogging over this 100a in the background.  |

 after some heroic welding, I still missed the beast in auto test action!  wide  love this, the huge lights don't hurt either   marina coupe with a ....  EFI pinto under the bonnet   classic good looks |

that lada i think is captain caos's on here, and the marina with the pinto in is dave bromleys who also owned a lada but wrote it off  (( Both cars are road rally cars !!! |

 really like this capri,  supercharged rover undeer the hood, efi and carbon,  one phat ford!  LET powered sleeper. would have been so much better with a complete interior and a full compliment of headlights  these wheels look good on anything  bike engined imp |

 5 gordini turbo the bonnet sits up because of the phase 2 carb it runs.  ZOMG! yog, etc.  it just gets better. "its called a stallion." "starrion? that stupid name for awesome car"   this is almost right, but something makes me not think its 100%   home run! |

 this is in the top 2 of hard ass cars in my pick of pics. the other being....  matt black gt6. GGRRRR!  bumseam  subtle and brown. ticks my boxes.  not sure of the black wheels on this notch.  pair of garlic presses leaving. I've heard the one on the right is a roofless SOB.
