Sorry guys the search function on Proboards is the most useless lump of wibblepoo on the interweb.
Who can send me the PDF of the Crazy Octopus stencil (if there was one, might be my mind playing tricks)? DarrenW?

LOL - I wondered................. ;D The search facility is actually quite good as long as you remember to adjust the relevant parameters to reflect what and where you are looking for ie default ones are look everywhere only in the last 7 days and only display the first 10 posts found it also defaults to match all words useless really......... but you can change it to look in a particular section for as far back as you want (or exists which in general board is limited to when the last cull occured) Match exact phrase (handy) and display as threads or posts You can also search by author It's actually better than you'd think if you used it once without success |

yeh but it only helps if you know exactly when and where what you were looking for.
and even when i do. i still cant find stuff.
i mean it could be worse. it could just display "get stuffed" on the screen every time you tried to use it.
but as a search function is needs a kick in the balls

i agree, the search function is a crock o sh*te but just wait a few months, let a few newbies come along, and you can be sure that thread will come around again! ;D btw, HTW is excused from any forum improvements until September, he has far more pressing matters to deal with! ;D |

hey if anyone wants a stencil made up for few quid to put on their car or wherever, ill make you one, i currently do stencil art to commision to pay my way for the mo until a job somes along.
