Good to see this is getting the repairs it deserves! Was gutted when I saw the broken pictures.

Awesome to see that the banger boys came up trumps for you Isaac. John's doing some top notch repair work too. Looking forward to seeing you back on the road (please tell me you're leaving the DUB badges off when it's repainted) P.S. has that 280c in the picture above got a rear bumper on it? If so could you text Jody with mateys contact info.

Yea johns definitely working his magic, should be done by the end of next week. And yea the dub signs will deff not be going back on !
The guys called swampy, he's a top boy, all he asked was that I gave him my old banged up bits and some money of course, he's ganna straighten out and put the bits back on his so he can still race his Datsun's. I'll text Jodi his number.

Good result.
On another note, wasn't that white coupe stacked up in the third pic for sale on here a few weeks back? Seem to recognise the extreme bogged-up arches and chronic rot - hence where it is now I expect!
Am I wrong in being happy that it's going to bow out in a blaze of glory? Actually, scrap that, that's a debate for another time...

As for the lowrider, I'm well impressed that the community pulled together and you sourced parts so quickly. So such a rare car, it seems nuts the parts were seemingly not much of a problem to locate!

Well that gives me confidence that the Princess is not scrappable (not that I needed said confidence, but it's nice to have more) as the damage on the Cedric is *far* worse than on mine. Really pleased to see you're saving the Cedric, it's well worth it.

About 15 years ago! That was when it had it's first homebrewed juice. Reds rams all round, a single Rayvern pump which I originally got for my Jetta and valves and hoses from the local Hydraulics supplier. All the valves were sat on the floor in the back in place of the back seat. Such a shonky setup... I've got a pic of it somewhere.

No way, I'd like to see that pic if you stumble across it, me and a lad called lee who used to own the bouncing Belair down in Devon are Ganna have a weekend of it and tidy up my boot install, the wood in the back is soaked full of hydro fluid and has to go, probs weighs a tonne almost as much as the car
