Which one do you like more? Choose that one.

1989 Peugeot 205. You know, the one that was parked in a ditch on the campsite at RRG'17... the glass is always full. but the ratio of air to water may vary.

All comes down to how much travelling you do. If its a lot i imagine the K10 getting annoying on long journeys and loads of traffic. The K11 on the other hand will be a more comfortable place to be over winter, and no doubt will have a few more gadgets to make the journeys a bit more bearable.

Well if thats the case, I would be getting the K10, as its a nice looking car plus will cost next to nothing to run and maintain Would haggle a bit though, as the advert says taxed, but its untaxed now

K10 every time for me. The pre facelift ones have a higher quality and more retro interior if you can find one!

It depends if you want to have a proper retro car or just a old modern car.

Having owned the K10 you need to be careful what you buy they are very prone to rust (what of that age isn't though). If you go for the K10 pay special attention to bodged rear sills, repairs here are common place and mine was welded but where the rubbish welds were they used mastick to hide it, there was virtualy no rear inner or outer sill left! Similarly the rear floors rust heavily under the back seat area so lifting these is a must when looking as the rot can spread into the subframe mounts like mine had and be very expensive to fix if not impossible. Front suspension top mounts are a common problem they do tend to collapse and knock badly, fairly easy to fix and generally a cheap fix. I never had any issue with the engine but it had only done 24k from new but the gearbox was weak and the thrust bearing collapsed with no warning. The K11 has better corrosion resistance but still suffers from the old tin worm around the rear sill area so check carefully as like stated above poor repairs are common place. Engine wise both cars are pretty bullet proof but look out for noisy cambelt tensions. These get rather noisy when worn and can be a ball ache to change! I prefer the K10 but it's a smaller car and a good example should last well if looked after well and at just over 6 foot there was plenty of room for me, The K11 is a good car and is roomier and more up to date possibly enabling you to wear a silly hat while driving (if your into that kind of thing). Anyway good luck with the purchase, hope this info helps I would have the K10 every time if it's a good solid example and at the price they are asking it needs to be

K10, but why don't you buy both? And make your decisions after driving both of them for a while? Or buy both, scrap the K11 and put its engine in the K10.
