I know not strictly retro but it is kinda quirky Mums just got a K12 Micra to replace her K11 and she finds she cant see the edge of the bonnet/corner of the bumper while parking. I suggested getting a corner pole (And it would add a little JDMness lol ;D), but I cant find one anywhere??? Looked on ebay and there seems to be nothing and any sites selling them are in Japan!! Surely someone must have some on the millions of imports over here?? I'm after one on a metal bracket so I don't have to drill any holes in the bumper, poss light up too. Any ideas??

Does it need to be connected etc?
Would you not be able to make one?
Go to radio repair shop or maybe even that electrics shop manned by geniuses.
You may be able to buy a short aerial and modify to suit??

You can get them for HGV's with a light on top. Obviously bigger tho.
Shouldn't be too hard to make one tho, block of aluminium, chunk of thick perspex, get funkey with some hand files and put some LEDs in the bottom.

I have one that I've been stashing away for about 7 years waiting for the 'right' project. I guess the reality is, that's probably not going to happen anytime soon.
I'll get some photos of it but it sounds right up your street. It's stainless steel with an illuminated tip and has the bracket to mount between the headlamp and bumper. I'll report back once I've got some pics for you.
Oh, and I'd say it's nicer looking than any of the ones in your photos. I'm sure you'll agree when you see it.

Here you go Dude. The metal bracket has three mounting points but they could easily be trimmed back to suit (or be welded onto to extend further back to a different mounting point?) There is also a rubber bracket cover that could be trimmed to the profile of the bumper to make it look totally OEM fit. Lastly, it lights up a nice green. Always a winner!

go to someone who imports J cars and ask them for one they are going to take off?
We use to get loads of them in, were one of the first bits taken off and skipped.
