I don't have the chassis number but it was registered October '73 so I'd guess it's unlikely to be tax exempt. I don't think many people would have taken this one on. It's one of the roughest I've seen really. Years ago, I scrapped two better than this Just cosmetically it needs new sills, wings, valances, bootlid, a bonnet, new bumpers and tail lights and that before getting into the structural stuff. i didn't even look underneath but I can make an educated guess at what i'd find. It's one and only good feature is the top of the inner wings are solid where they always go on 1200's. How that's happened I don't know! I have never seen one with a rusty bootlid before seeing this one. Apparently, it's always been stored outside and to be fair, it looks like it. No doubt it be fine mechanically ...they usually are

If they're the pics of the car then its the model I was hoping it would be. Really? It's not a Cherry as advertised though? I have bought it off him as I still have quite a lot of parts to fit one from when I had my previous KB110. I've also broken three other coupes for parts so I'm not far off having enough bits to fix it although it'll take a huge amount of welding to do it. I just gave the man what he was asking for it. Didn't feel it was fair to haggle him down as although it's in sh1te condition they are super rare. There is another 1200 in similar condition that's even rarer (and cheaper) with the same number of doors that might be available if you are after a Datsun It'd come with some parts too. -Ed

I feel like having something different.
