Y'know, in 1979 that would have been really, really cool. Or perhaps not. The '70's version of the 'Kingdom' bodykit??? I'm going to agree with you there Mr Weasel. This car is probably an old build from a few decades ago. Though i'd shoot for late 60's or early 70's. The style may not suit current tastes but it doesn't mean it never has. Anyone remember Rieger bodykits on Golfs,E30 beemers and escorts?

I think that's great! obv. I'd never loose me sanity enough to do that to a car like that but it makes a change from cream with a green stripe

I like it. Its Humdinger's kid brother. (damn, now I'm going to have to find pics of Humdinger to educate you young whipper snappers)
Back when I was a kid there were loads of cars in this kind of style. Stuff grafted on and in and that, but not chopped or even dropped in many cases. Often runing the stock running gear, maybe with some tuning.
This looks like it could be right off the cover of Hot Car in 1970 or so.
Much kewlness, great to see it has survived!
