Hi This my Midi camper. General plans are to make it solid and get it through its next MOT. I'd like to maybe do a diesel conversion in the future. Then some trips to France and Spain Cheers Oli

in my midi i have used just kampers hinges to make a rock and roll bed they are designed for a vw but are perfect for any conversion as mine is not rear engined i have made the rear into a 12" high box so loads of storage under the rear and custom cupboards behind front seats

Usual rust around the doorsteps and a bit above the window in the side door. Theres more under all the new bits of paint. I really want a set of the bedford/vauxhall windows that slide open otherwise I'll have to cook with the door open. I'll get a pic up of the interior. Its got 2 forward facing seats and rear kitchen.

The windows was a big problem for me, tried some from a delica but they wouldnt fit. In the end I've had to get some made :-0 which is not cheap just waiting for them to arrive. Hopefully I've sorted with the rock and roll bed. When I get the windows i'll post a thread for my van

Holden Campo is a pickup truck, like Vauxhall Brava/Frontera, its Holden Shuttle for the Midi van. GME was another brand the Midi was flogged under.
I've been reading up on Ozzy forums, they have Opel/Vauxhall Kadette/Chevettes with 4CZ1 Isuzu engines. they swap them for XE engines.

Awesome van - The offer of my father's scrapper with the complete low mileage 2.4 TD engine, box and running gear to swap over to yours is still there - Think he's going to call the metal man in soon. :-)

if it was as awesome your bimmer I'd be pleased. Thats a really nice motor if I ever saw one.
Shame about your Dads van I'd really like it but I'd need to view it, move it, store it and get round to stripping it. Has he tried it on ebay? Would it not export well to Africa?

Nice one.
I'd really like one of these - would tick all the boxes for the VBOA rally!
