well my main points were the driving position which I cant see how they could have changed much, if any and the horrible handling on what was sposed to be a sporty car, obviously that may have been improved (i hope) but I never see many at track days so I'm guessing they still were not brilliant, i'll reserve judgemnet till ive had a chance to have a go in one though.
my uncle had a white montego turbo from new and he said it wasnt as fast as he had been lead to believe by the advertising and suffered really bad torque steer?
ok, just did some hunting around on the net and it seems my MG was a a crappy model anyway, and me uncles may well have been an early one that DID suffer horrible tourque steer, it also looks to me like the turbos were under powered as standard (150bhp for a 2 litre turbo???) so i guess that explains his complaints and mine as well!!
