Right I'm now putting this up for £275 which is a ridiculously low price. Basically I have a new car and just want rid of this as it's taking up too much space. This will make a great car for someone willing to put a little time and money into it. Below is my old advert but since then I fixed the cutting out issue. unfortunately since then I lost the idle screw for the carb. So this car will need trailering away
I have a 92 scirocco GT2 with some test and no tax, it has a non standard 2ltr audi injection block with an orginal 8v scirocco head (this has been fully prepped by tsr performance and is there pack c head - translation is its GOOD
Boot full of spare trims
Other features include powerflo exhaust, weber carb, Kent cam, oz super turismo alloys.
it has got 180k milage on the body, the engine is roughly between 60-80k but has been refreshed and worked on in the meantime.
work that needs doing
Carb will need replacing.
4-2-1 mani needs replacing before next MOT
Interior is rough with torn carpets and no soundproofing
No centre Console and no Heater controls
Fueling Issue - Carb is setup all wrong by previous owner, has run fine for 8 months then left to stand run for another month but developed some issues.
All in all this is an amazing engine when run properly - Its quick putting a scirocco scala to the test and mid 7's in the 0-60's. there's been thousands spent on the engine through TSR Perfomance. I know this doesn't add to the price so much but it does show the quality/potential of the engine in there.
Body wise she has had a little bit of welding on anchoring points this time round but apart from that she looks good rust wise. the drivers door hing is dropping severly and there is a dent in that door (i think replacing is the best option for this) and the bonnet needs another coat or two of paint.
all in all its a cracking car that needs 2-300 putting in and some time and effort spending to make it perfect. you wouldn't be dissapointed.
