This is awesome. Seriously considering this if my Nissan sells. A few questions if I may...
What's the 'normal' driving height or do you just choose?
Are the hydraulics reliable? A friend of mine had a Cadillac lowrider and had nothing but aggro. That's the only personal experience I've had with a lowrider.
No tax I take it?
Up to what sort of speeds can you raise/lower/3 wheel?
The driving height is up to you, it will drive on full drop with bits of the car rubbing the road or at any position you choose including on 3 wheels. I usually run it about 2 inches off the ground. You can hit switches whenever you like at any speed it's just not advisable until you know exactly how the car is going to behave. I have gently adjusted the ride height at speed but I wouldn't drop or raise only one side as that can make the car turn in the direction of the lower side (you can steer with the switches at slow speeds). Under 30 mph it's pretty bomb proof and you can clown all you want (on private property of course).
As for reliability, I used the car as a daily for 5 years including back and forth to work for 18 months with no major problems.
No tax I'm afraid as it's no longer on my insurance.
If you want any other info please feel free to ask :-)

Thanks for the kind words and the bump :-)
