If you'd have posted a thread saying "should I paint my wheels yellow?" I'd have said 'No way!' But it really does look great now you've done it! Just goes to show you need to trust your instincts in most cases and just go for it where trying something new is concerned, its what Retro-Rides is all about.... good work!

I think derbydan has the answer i couldnt think of at the time, a yellow cage and taped up lights would work, and those yellow lights switched on, although that annoys people!

Awesome from me..I had yellow steelies on my 67 traveller..maybe a little yellow and silver striping on the bonnet and along the sides. Black and silver striping on the rims...mmm...yellow cage = spot on...I'm still hunting for yellow lens spray/brush on...holler if you find some...
