Here's quick vid of first drive on public roads
I finally registered with tunerstudio so can now use the auto tune function
I take it you just plug in and drive with it? Feels like it's getting better the more I drive it

on the old software you had to start a log file, go for a drive trying to put the load/rpm in every possible area of the VE map, afterwards run the log file through Logworks software which suggests changes to the map to correct over-lean or rich mixture, accept the changes to modify the msq file, then go out for another drive and hopefully the AFR is better.
Is Tunerstudio far easier?

Once your getting the map something like you can narrow the areas that autotune works on so I doesn't mess with parts of the map that work well .

I'm useless with computer stuff, but I find his easy Plug it in, press start tune and drive it, and you can feel and watch it tune the ecu Then just press save to ecu VEAL (the auto tune mode) will just try and tweak your VE table to match whatever you've put into the AFRs. It can get you pretty close - always worth checking to make sure it hasn't missed out any entries on the VE table though, so you don't have a huge spike anywhere. Its also worth doing the cold start auto tune next time you.. err.. start from cold. It will basically try and correct your Warm Up Enrichment (WUE) until you reach running temperature.
