Definitely. A red 405 estate used to pass me regularly (always at speed) on the way to work, lowered, tasty wheels, de-trimmed making it look very smooth, tinted windows and black bonnet bra.
It was way more cool than a 405 estate deserves to be.
I wish I'd got a picture of it.

Looks like we're all a bunch of closet Peugeot lovers!
I'm guessing they are reliable old motors? Because you see some with epic mileage.
How are the 205 diesels? Especially the turbo version..?

Luxor, Egypt gave me a strong longing for a 504 wagon. Tons of them being totally abused as taxis but they just keep going (really wanted to bring one back with me  )  But always wanted the contradiction that is a 505 GTi  |

the 305 estate has so much potential to me.  and the saloon is even better ;D  of course there's the 309, and yes they can be made to look cool.  |

I'm a long time lurker, 1st time poster. Unfortunately I only found this fantastic site after I sold my 405. The Mrs got a new Scenic on motability, I keep thinking about buying another retro though. This was my 405 GLDT with ST interior and mi16 wheels   It was replaced briefly by a 405 Executive TD that had a black leather interior and air con.   Both cars could have done with lowering some but I never got around to it. |

They both look great, especially liking the silver one with it's chrome roof bars.
How did you find them to live with? Reliability, MPG, Comfort etc?
