As the title really, I'm after something different and diesel.
The Peugeot 405 looks very tempting, especially at the silly low prices they seem to go for. Or is there a reason for that?
A 205 turbo diesel/Gti replica could be awesome too.
Show me some inspiring pics!

I can't upload pics from my phone (that I know of). I'm thinking 405 estate, black or grey, with some tasty wheels. I've read a ton about how easily tuneable they are

Can old Peugeot wagons be cool..? Irrelevant question is irrelevant. Of course old Peugeot wagons are cool! Apply any mods you seen on a saloon one to an estate and it'll be awesome. Super smooth 405?

modified 405 estates don't come up much so would make a brilliant idea for something different or if you wanted something cool how about making an estate version of these, race estate!!! ;D

Guys - I think I'm onto something I don't need an estate as such, I just can't help thinking they look better then the saloons? Plus, it would make an epic oversees weekend trip/getaway car. What wheel fitment do the 405's use? I say chaps, keep the pictures coming!

What wheel fitment do the 405's use? I say chaps, keep the pictures coming! They are EPIC motors. PSA's 1.9 Diesel is probably the best small high-revving diesel ever made, capable of incredible mileages if well-serviced (some guy up in Scotland has one with 800,000 on the clock). Will sit on the motorway all day at silly speed and still do 45-50mpg. Wheel fitment on them is 4x108mm, shared with the 205/309/406 and also the Citroen BX/ZX/Xantia.

]
Ha! My old beast, Looked rubbish then though TBH, Drunkeness with the chalks does that.. Looked like this in its later days. But yeah, 405 TD estate FTW! There was a black TD GLX estate for sale near me a while back for £400, could imagine it slammed, bosch'd and tuned
