I have no idea where I go this photo from originally, but maybe someone knows where this build is or how it has progressed. Always thought it has all the potential for an OOoofff... Only pic I have. This one I believe is a photoshop. But this one is not. Think there were more pics too.

I'm sure the first picture is from NZ, I did a feature on the guys mate (who had an Anglia). He was building the Merc for his wife, I'm fairly sure he finished it four or so years ago now... An NZ based forum would probably find it

First pic is a W111, the others are W108s. I guess this the same type but not the exact car, only treated similarly. I actually drooled over those pictures.

Love the cream roof, is that satin silver/metallic grey? That would really glow! I'm imagining really Dark red metalflake wheels (to match taillights). So nice. Shame the front & rear door 1/4 windows had to go back in, suicide rear doors would suit it so well...
