I thought that was one place you would have to visit. It's been 2-3weeks since I last went & will again as soon as I can -That Civic is new.
The pick-a-parts @ Kilsyth & Broadmeadows are the other most interesting ones -they list the cars they have on their website.

Looks like a cool place, though pulling parts off a car balanced how they are looks like a fantastic way to lose a limb.

Looks like a cool place, though pulling parts off a car balanced how they are looks like a fantastic way to lose a limb. They're really stable, most Australian wreckers yards do it. The steel rims are welded together to make stands, not just balanced. You get a nice strong steel stand at each corner of the car, which is more than adequate. In terms of the cars there, I'm surprised to see a Honda City. You don't see that many of them around. The rest of it looks like the typical fare that they used to have at my local U-Pull-It, until they had to crush all the cars when their land was acquired by the desalination plant project. Now they've got a new, smaller yard and it's full of boring modern cars. Such a shame! |

Buy an HQ ute from West Coast Sth Island NZ [average rainfall 8m's a year]...then live on Sth Coast Wellington like I did..it was then a study in strength V. rust!

Looks like I have someplace to visit on my next RDO.
I don't suppose any of the 123s had near perfect blue interiors by any chance? Although given most of the windows are down I doubt it.

The Hillman Hunter was pretty nice Thankfully they had it out front for sale a few weeks ago but sadly they usually put a ridiculous value upon them then forklift them ungracefully into the main yard when they don't sell.
