Got it all running properly today, carbs still need jetting properly, but after swapping the gearbox over it now goes pretty well! videos to follow soon when i find somewhere interesting to drive I got a wave off another B owner who was indeed wearing a flat cap yesterday!!. but no wave from another....

this is awesome! I'm doing a 2.0 Duratec conversion on mine. I wish i had those arches! I'm always looking at ways of improving my suspension, do you have any more info on the rear suspension? I have a similar set up on the fronts. Adam

Mate, that is a fine piece of car there. Love the B, and the Zetec is a great idea. Sebring arches and wheels are spot and that colour. I think this is one of my favourite cars on here. Nice work.

fantastic conversion the sebring kit looks great it transforms the way the car drives ,i did a zetec conversion for a friend a couple of years back it was in retro cars a couple of months back

Outstanding. If I was doing an MGB, that's just the result I'd be aiming for. One of the best cars to pop up here lately IMO.

great looking car,did you modify the sbframe or change the sump?how do you get on about speedo cables and clutch mech?

Hi Guys a little off the subject here...but is many people doing the duratec conversion as I have just bought an 02 mondeo with the 2.0 duratec engine and was thinking about sticking it in my 1980 MBG gt at some point...
by the way excellent work the car looks fantastic!!

Always thought the mgb had so much potential but ruined by a slug of an engine, poor fit and finish and eventually a shocking ride height and bumpers.....
This car addresses all of those things and looks fookin ace!

Car couldnt have lasted long! its at my works place wrote off in a big way. Shame. Its been there since beginning of december minus the inlet and carbs and managment. What was done to the block? anything special?
