I saw this van on the A14 near Kettering circa 2001 (unless theres 2 of them) and I nearly crashed my lorry, motors like this really get me wet in the right places.

I'm gonna stick my neck out here and risk being flamed 'en-masse' and say......I reckon that needs to be preserved just as it is, I mean how many of those can there be left in their original livery!

Actually not a bad idea ........ with a couple of guys looking at a retro mag publishing escapade it could be the beginnings of the fleet! A RR show vahicle! ;D Anyone up for that? I'd contribute - better than it disappears into the unknown  |

I don't know why everyone is so keen to have it preserved, since most people except BL and retro pervs dislike Itals. yeah its ace, and I would not wanter alter its character much, but given the budget, I'd get some hot engine in there, wide wellers in blue at the back, nose down. fix the rust, and lightly accessorise with gas stuff. |
