and what r the chances of finding on in the uk??
The red car is Toyota Cressida (have a very close look at Rmads signature...) and the red one is a Datsun C210 Skyline.
Chances of finding a 2 door Cressida in the UK are almost impossible, as they never imported them, but a 4 door might be possible. The Skyline was only ever sold here as a 2 door and again there is a chance if you are patient!

I [glow=red,2,300]need[/glow] to know what thisis and this and what r the chances of finding on in the uk?? Top one is a Chaser I think, basically a coupe version of Rmad's Cressida, possibly with a 6-pot engine. Bottom one had me stumped for a moment....... Then I looked out the window and saw two! It's a C210 (or C211) Skyline, known here as a 240K GT. IRS, RWD, injected straight-six. Had my 'proper' one for nearly nine years, sold a good one a few weeks ago that should be hitting the road soon (though supposedly unmodified). After a recent bit of instant lowering on my spares car courtesy of knackered 180B struts off Scrapingscrap (or Utterpiffle, can't get used to the new name though) mine is going to have to go that way one day. Edit: Rmad beat me to it! There is/was definitely a Chaser in the UK, took a piccy of one at a show some years ago.

Strange how many 4 door Japanese cars tend to look better balanced than their 2 door coupe counterparts - its usually the opposite with European cars.

I actually think the coupe's lines look out of proportion - but I'd still swap one for mine in a second! Admittedly not so sporty looking as the Skyline, but then it was a slightly more a formal car intended to compete with the Laurel. Anyway, here's the UK one which does appear to be a Cressida. Quick check on DVLA website revealed it's still about, taxed and has the 2.6 lump.

Cressida on Trademe here that's an auto 18R with IRS!!! Has a really bling interior too, grey velour!!! I've seen a couple of roughish Cressida coupes floating round, never a Chaser though....

Aarghh! That pic /\ reminds me of the white R30 Skyline hatch that was on eBay last year, sold for £330, really nice. Why oh why didn't I go for it?
Much happier with the wheel-tyre relationship on that one, the mega-stretch look doesn't do it for me.
Someone MUST do it to that Mazda estate on Autotrader.
