Cheers mate, the headlights are for a beetle that I modified to fit the original casings. Fit great after a bit of work, I would say it took an hour max to get them fitting spot on. This is what I bought: www.ebay.co.uk/itm/390302730750

Thanks for the nice coments folks. Update 17/06/12. Last 2 weeks have been a nightmare with the wiring from hell, but its now done and the management is working so mega chuffed. Engine and wiring is now pretty much done and just a few tweaks to make before we try and fire it up and start to map it. Next job is plumb in the Oil Catch can set up then fit my AP brakes and the fitment of the GAZ coilovers along with fitting my new wheels wheels (10x16 rear, 8x16 front with a ET0 (Zero offset) so they will fill the arches nicely. There is a few hoses etc to change out due to wrong colour but that is minor details. Looking to go for a first start next week all going well.

Wow, this is looking sensational. Can I ask - why is the fuel tank so far back?

Pics make it look further back than it is, the boot is very small and thats pretty much the only area the tank would fit, i am also going to be added a rear strut brace to the rear which wouldnt goin if the tank was moved back.
