I thought it might be worth highlighting some of the cars on AT.co.uk. No-where near as nice a format as E-bay to work with but there are some interesting cars there..- 80's AltoNot seen one of these before, early Pulsar 81 323 Estate!I have a few more to post if anyones interested.. Not seen a thread like this so don't know if anyone cares? I am having trouble getting the pics to show on here which is disappointing. if anyone can help.. Cheers, Greg

I think you'd have to save the pic's onto your PC then upload them to a host, you can't just link to them. The Alto looks like cheap fun, but the Mazda is very nice.
Come on somebody, we've seen enough pic's from Japan of what can be done with stuff like this!

Love the Mazda.... Never ever saw one before. Ex wifes mate had a hatchback of them, in 1.3 format IIRC, was absolutely bulletproof.
Nice lines as well.

Great topic! I've always had a hankering for a Camry for some reason but that Mazda estate is very funky.
Great that someone can dig all the interesting stuff out as I get bored after about five seconds of looking at the Auto Trader site!

That Stella is a freakin' bargain and a half! Low miles and much cheapness.... not very far away either.

The Mazda inspired me to delve into the brochure collection...... Looks like they did a round headlight version (not pictured) then facelift with rectangular lights as a 1400 or even Stretchback if you prefer as the one in question, and finally a 1500 with ugly facelift. This latter model ran alongside the new FWD 323 range, and I suppose if you squint a bit it might just look like one. See how the roofline is a bit higher to disguise the little flip-up on the earlier model? Anyway, the one for sale here is the nicer style facelift. 1415cc engine pokes out 70bhp and runs through a 4-speed. 1500 barely any more powerful and small amount of extra torue but does at least have a 5-speed 'box. Edit: PCD is probably something odd?

Blimey, the Stellar does sound like a good buy. Being that late must mean it's more like Mitsubishi than Cortina underneath? Good that it has wheeltrims at least, always a selling point.

that alto would rock on some choice rims and a swift gti engine! girl down my road had a 5dr auto, used rag the heck out of it until the head gasket went pop, funny little thing. that early pulsar is the one with the dreadful rear lights, no? completely pimptastic.

The garage where I used to work had a D-reg mazda 323 wagon like that. It was well fast, amazingly so, and the rear end could be 'teased out' at will. A great vehicle and super-ugly.

Nice one JD! That’s pretty much spot-on. The one in question being white will make it even more JDM looking.
I’m looking to splosh £4-500 on something soon, but sadly it won’t be until after Xmas so that kind of rules this one out (though I might keep the number somewhere handy, just in case).
