Welcome to Retro Rides... ;D *n haha, yeah you guys have warped me! now i'm gonna have to go buy lots of cars, and then somewhere to keep them! I was the same as u JC, not too interested in rods at all, but then I thought of rodding an english car and then I got interested. yeah exactly! thinking of a Pop, without front wings or bonnet, different radiator, big rear arches and big rear wheels. completely beyond my skills but i can dream! not too keen on the front of them, but the back's ok. think Johnny69's has had a bit of an influence on me too...

And it's just been put up for sale.NTDWM. "ALCA'BLOWN
Anyone who is into The rodding scene will know of this car !
It has been with me now for many many years, but I have decided to try and find a new home for this piece of rodding history. This car has only done 50 miles since its last MOT and deserves to be used more and this is the reason I now want to sell.
A 1939 Daimler DB18,This is the only DB18 that has been street rodded,so you wont turn up at a show and see another !
Taxed and mot'd
Fitted with a supercharged Rover V8,Mark 2 Jaguar front suspension,Rover rear axle, This car is also detailed on the underside and has won far too many trophys to mention.
It is in fairly good condition, but could do with some re-chroming being done.
The interior is very good considering its age.
The only bad points are: Brakes have gone spongy,(Think it could be the servo as it has had new brake callipers), fitted.
£10,000
Please call me for a chat about the car on 01209 716104 or 07875 929844 (However I don't want any timewasters)
