We could all go round posting up links to cheaper items on 'for sale' threads but it'd be daft. Just because he kicked back your silly offer doesn't mean you should try and wreck his thread. |

thanks for the offers people.
the engine is still here and i haven't yet listed it.. I'm hoping to this weekend as i have other things to go.
as said I'm happy to receive offers and i will take a chip on the price, however 200 is too low for me..
the lowest I'm willing to let it go for is 250 if it is an easy quick sale..
any less and id rather try and find the space to keep it sorry..

oh and I would concider swaps or px deals with bits I need which include:
-small but powerfull bike engine complete 250 twin 2 stroke is ideal,
-oil cooler takeoff plate with stat,
-interesting dished 4x114.3 wheels set or pairs..
-mr2 mk2 front strut inserts,
-cart axles complete or rolling chassis,
-old school 2 stroke bike,
-wilwood or simular 4 pots for a mk1 escort/capri/cortina,
-s13 200sx t25 turbo good,
-nissan stearing wheel hub
ok theres a few ideas.....

What're the chances of squeezing this into a Minor without bulkhead mods, Si? I'm guessing the tunnel will want enlarging and the front suspension looking at?
(Asking for a local lad who is looking at different ideas for a budget transplant)

j1mmy its a largish motor, length may not be such an issue but hight might i dunno look at std 1.9 xud engines in pugs and so forth for size or your welcome to come over with a tape measure to see for yourself or pm me for any specific dimentions I'm happy to measure for you  and yes i will get pics up been down there a few times but havent got pics due to moving house and not finding camera in boxes however next weekend i will get my act together.. thanks all si |

late reply to this thread and for all the people asking for pics.. it should have sold a few times but ive been let down again and again. not been on here much or had time to list on ebay so its still here and now with pics..         there you go... its 275 quid and it will be listed on ebay soon will post link when done.. will deal or swap for dishy 15 or 16 inch 4x114.3 pcd wheels why.. si |
