Bought this on a whim, it was cheap and I liked the twin sunnies. It's a 1993 Panda Parade (Which sounds quite camp) they made 545 and this is a survivor. Only 30 left on the road. Being an old Fiat, theres a few character details. It has no radio, a bad exhaust, a finicky boot and it needs a sunroof clip... steering wheel not straight, no locking fuel cap, chip in windscreen and no aerial, oh and one key. Mainly the Ebay pics for now. Google pic of the roof. Being a Panda the doors are going/gone, but for £400 I'm not gonna complain.

I absolutely adore 'proper' Pandas. I've been promising myself one for the last 10 years.
The Parade is about my favourite, nice colour with the twin sunroofs.
I like the Cinq Sporting wheels, they really suit it. Keep up the good work.

Aerials cheaper than I thought, i've seen cheap mp3/sd/usb headunits on ebay for £35. Which is all i need, it has speakers on the dash. Fuel caps are about £10 on ebay. Steering wheel is fine, I just need to unbolt and move it a couple of splines. Assuming it's that easy. I absolutely adore 'proper' Pandas. I've been promising myself one for the last 10 years. The one with Cinq wheels is a google picture, my rear roof is tie wrapped shut, I need to order the elastic strap and maybe the plastic holder to go with it. Bout £16 from eper.

Quick rundown of a parts list, still haven't looked around it yet. It's a hurricane outside. Stoplock £27, this is my priority this afternoon. All I thought last night was that someone was gonna steal him. You could probably drive away with a teaspoon. Locking fuel cap £8 Key cut £9-ish. Oil, air, plugs, wipers and leads bout £67. Liightbulbs that work £13. Chinese radio £35. Aerial £8. Sunroof fix £8-16. Someone suggested, fix the grot and then just paint the lower half black.

Ok heres the lookaround, I took the car to my mums because all my tools are there and theres space. Firstly she starts talking to the neighbour and decided to take the ****. The neighbour couple in their 60/70's. "Oh, we had one of those, great car nothing to go wrong with them" *High five. Firstly I couldn't find the multimeter, so I was off to a great start. Opened the bonnet and the rocker gasket has gone. Oil level about half way, oil didn't look that bad. Air filter did and was a bit oily. Brake fluid at the top and a good colour. Underneath it looks pretty bloody solid. Sills appear to be original, is that possible? The spare tyre is loose under the bonnet? Ok, the boot that doesn't work, the button outside pushes in and then gets stuck. This is the only way I could get it open. My ICE system. The rear roof, i'm missing the elastic, the front one has torn too. The metal clip at the back is really loose. Having said that, best idea ever!!! When I opened the boot, water was coming out of the top left. Obviously the rear washer hose. ... and the steering wheel center came loose, how the hell does it go back on?

Haha good buy twin sunroof is a win I used to have one and my had the character bits... water leaked from the boot... checked the lines from the washers, but wasnt that... just seems to store water and let it out when the boot was opened... the sunroofs also leaked, but only when turning right... the steering peice I took out as the horn didnt work... still didnt when I sold it... there is no simple way of putting it back in, but I figured that the previous owner had tried this and used PVA to restick it... but all of these aside, great cars... really are a barrell of fun I miss mine now all the best Matt

These are great little cars. A mate used to have one in the 80s. He went all over Europe in it, flat out! He worked in a shop and used to fold the rear seats down and get unfeasably large quantities of stock in the back. Despite the abuse the car just kept going....

Haha good buy twin sunroof is a win I used to have one and my had the character bits... The roofs been bodged with black sealant, no leaks though. ;D Love the fuel gauge too, goes up on right turns. The folding seat is great, the rubber floor is good idea.

Been a while since i've posted on here, it's had a radio fitted new aerial, speakers and speaker pods. Last month it failed MOT, needed exhaust, brake pipe, a number plate light and the first welding it's had on the front sill. The spring cups on the rear axle had gone, so I had to get some custom made and they're in the process of getting fitted. The biggest problem with the car was the doors, I took the car to a bodyshop for a quote and by the time they messed about bodging them back together it still wouldn't have looked right. So I had a 'friend' on another forum who lives in Italy, go to a scrappy and send me 2 'new' doors. It was only when he showed me the pictures did I realise, "Hang on a minute, they have electric windows" Which was never a UK option. The day that I was waiting for the doors to arrive another question popped into my head, "Won't they have central locking?" The answer was "Probably" They arrived and they weigh more than Jupiter, but the first thing I did was take the door card off to find, central locking actuators. ;D So as far as i'm aware in Pandaland, my car will be the only UK car with eleccy windows and central locking. The downside is, the Italian 'luxury' models had a hole drilled into the a-pillar for the wiring. But, thats the only way you can get the wires into the car. The other problem is the side moulding holes need to be filled.
