WOWZERS! Also, now that people have had nearly four years to get their minds round the forum rules can't we just start banning the haters? Seriously. As long as It's not outright slander and basically saying "its wibblepoo" I'm all for opinion. Makes for interesting threads. Otherwise we just get 'epic' responses. My opinion? Well its not really my bag but I can appreciate a hell of a lot of work and talent has gone into that. For what its worth I think the steering wheel looks cheap. But I doubt it is.

There are some interesting styling ideas going on there, ghats for sure.
Show car rather than go car I guess so Lenco - why not? It's an ambition of mine to own a street Lenco equipped car.

Too clinical check book American unnecessary-nes. Sorry. Don't apologise...just don't post the comment in the first place. Was not a negative comment it is just my opinion. Yeah I can appreciate the work and skill that has gone into it but was it built to use or was it built to get plastered all over the internet and live in a garage all its life?? Christ I think sometimes you make the rules up as you go along..

Was not a negative comment it is just my opinion. Certainly came across negative at this end. I can't see anything positive in your post. Yeah I can appreciate the work and skill that has gone into it but was it built to use or was it built to get plastered all over the internet and live in a garage all its life?? Christ I think sometimes you make the rules up as you go along.. It's in the board rules, and has been for 4 years:

but was it built to use or was it built to get plastered all over the internet and live in a garage all its life?? Maybe you should actually click on the detail links members take time to include, if you did you'd have read that the car is used despite the assumptions people like you make. I'm really bored of this 'it's my opinion nonsense'. If you have an opinion do what Jim Mitchell has done with this RoadRunner and show it in a build, until then nobody gives a monkey what you think. Its an amazing car and we should be thankful someone has taken the time to post it.

Loved reading about those Lenco shifters, I had no idea they did that.

An incredible car. Not really my thing but incredible nonetheless, and the way those carbon seats have been trimmed, makes me ponder whether modern high back seats can actually work in an older car....

Exactly, Instead of throwing handbags about at every post that isn't putting something on a pedestal use pm's instead of cramming a good thread up with 'y posts...
