I believe the rear doors are 911 front doors with the window frame modified.
Look how the door skin extends rearwards past the window frame. Same as the fronts do only the fronts go forwards.
The car looks very odd from some angles.

i have a color pic of that in a folder somewhere (its green if anyone is interested...), always wondered what it was, thought it was a custom job rather then a prototype odd looking thing whatever though

That ^^ shows a lot of potential, from what little you can see of it there it looks to me like by far the best proportioned attempt in my eyes. I'd love to see more of it. I think a lot of the issue with the others is that they loose the 911's lines by not having the highest point of the roof/windows at the very front. It looses some of the 911's sweeping teardrop shape.
