A the window-in-a-window doors make me think they're like a soft and cuddly version of the Subaru SVX? Except for the beetle-wing doors of course.
SVX > Sera.
Too girly, in short.

Yeah, far too girly. More 90's kitsch than retro cool at this point I think.
Only saving grace is the fact they're EP82 Starlet based, and therefore have the option of the very simple 4E-FTE 1300 turbo engine swap.

Rare and interesting and different, yet 'normal' mechanicals. Also very affordable and people who own them do tend to look after them. So all in all a superb vehicle to buy (if you can find one)!

Personally speaking (IMHO) they are a bit curse word. However what is worse is the Toyota Paseo Total hair dresser curse word. Oh well it will all be cool and retro in a few years anyway.

Spazzy Tosh, I'm afraid. A bit too 'essex boutique' to be cool. Come back in a few years.

i know little about em but they have done little to amaze me apart from be a bit different From looks alone (which reflect its performance effort too i guess) it looks a bit unfinished. curse word wheels, nothing too out of the ordinary styling wise except the doors. If there were more about, i'm sure there would be more about suitably modded. Any modded in Japan globe traulers? Spotted at JAE

it doesn't matter if it's a Morris Marina or a Toyota Celica - it's what you do with it that counts

I like 'em! Something different if you're in the market for a 90's J-coop as they never came over here officially. The stance would have to be rectified though, and those horrible wheels would need to go in favour of something bigger and dished.
...I wonder if the doors dump water on the seats on a rainy day when you open them, like a lot of gullwings do?

I like them. I would have one. But it would need to be a manual, and preferably with a 3S-GTE fitted.
