He wants to build a new loom so makes sense to upgrade the ecu while at it with something more up to date

Time to play catch up on here sorry Alittle prep/ painting done on modified bonnet release cable bracket ( this’ll be mounted towards the n/s headlight ) Black rivets found Modified bonnet cable      Armed with the new modified bonnet cable courtesy of Ford RS Spence Spares Old one removed, new one fitted Custom bracket put in its place... holes marked, drilled, bracket riveted on... Alittle heat protection put on just to stop any catching but all looks good Works perfect, should be just the job... So much happier now the bonnet cable issues should be put to rest forever Had so much grief since fitting the first tubular exhaust manifold It’s just been kick after kick in the Looks really good fitted, very oem imo |

This Saturday we’re on the rolling road for final map tweaks and boost increases...
Hopefully get the boost by gear set up and working allowing for lower boost in the lower gears...

I have my seats back from Upholstery so I am close to driving my fiesta again. Just waiting on door cards. Excited just like you.

Just read the whole thread, I know when a thread gets me hooked when I start searching for the car its about in gumtree, ebay etc. Can't believe the prices for Orions now. Need details of how the new ECU affects drivability over the old system.

Started off this afternoon with 262bhp @ 12psi
Finished up maxing the turbo out at 313.5bhp @ 17psi, 321.7 trq

It was about time it was mapped to its full potential in its current spec
Next upgrades will be hybrid turbo, injectors and I’ll have to finally upgrade the gearbox I think...
Don’t think the bc cts stage 2 will take all the abuse
Still got everything here to convert to Mk1 Focus RS Mtx75
