Hoonigan put this question up on their Facebook tonight and I thought it might make for some interesting answers. Basically they asked what car would you use for an inner city getaway if should find yourself walking out of a bank with a lot of money that doesn't belong to you and why? They also offered a free T-Shirt for the best answer, I can't do that so you'll have to put up with a virtual Mars Bar.
So, answer away.

Easy: Just make sure you choose a bank that has space in the road to hit 88

Fiat 130 Coupe was the first thing that came into my head, haven't figured out why though (although they do look very cool, which is important with a getaway car!?)

lupo tdi sport in a bland colour like silver. fast, good handling, small enough to fit through tight spaces, bland enough to blend in in stock form. you probably wouldnt need to get away, theyd go striaght past you.
either that or totally the opposite way, huge great truck with a bit of armour so you can just smash your way through!

I immediately started to think of Ronin... but anyway, Audi RS4 Avant (plenty of room for the loot) or on the inconspicuous side but maybe with a big engine in it ;D

I thought you meant the movie, The Getaway. In which case a '68 Ford station wagon would be the weapon of choice.

One of these bad boys... *drum roll please* Right, it's £300,000 (cheaper than a few super cars... thinking about it, you'll easily make that up in the wonga you bag from the bank - few jobs down the line and you won't even feel that hit on your pocket) and is called the "Marauder"... ^^ You wouldn't even need to go through the front of the bank either. Fast & Furious Five springs to mind. ^^ You'll be able to withstand the wave of lions the local po-po throw at you too. AND FINALLY, my last reason for choosing such a rare, sophisticated and beautiful beast is that... ...if any panda police car wants to stand in your way, the option for going over them is always there. If however you can't go over them, go straight into them. (see i've covered all corners!) The possibilities are literally endless. Thank you and goodnight.

Well it needs to be big enough for all your cash and gold bullion, it needs to be quikc enough to outrun the boys in blue and also needs to be anonymous enough to blend in so you go almost un-noticed. My first thought was a Vauxhall Lotus Carlton: But maybe looks a little too obvious. So then I thought maybe a Mazda Demio, possibly the most invisable car ever made that isn't actually invisable. But it's not really fast enough, even if these do handle quite amazingly well in standard jacked up form. But then I realised exactly what the perfect car was: The Volkswagen Passat W8 Fast practical and looks pretty much like any other Passat on the road. Perfect. Although to be honest, if I was going to rob a bank, there is only really one car that is right for the job. Being chased by this:

Thinking about it, it needs to be 4/5 door so that your accomplices can get in. Not an SD1, as look what happened to Tyrone in Snatch Phaeton W12 : Pro's: Fast. Pretty Anonymous, looks like an overweight Passat. Cons: Looks like a fat passat. Volvo 850R Fast. Fast Loads of space Fast Knight XV Slightly more manoeuvrable than the Marauder, 7MPG might be a problem. Bulletproof Peugoet
