three which are licensed?
Or three which are SORN or off the list because they were not ever SORN?
Just curious as I thought that it was supposed to be OK if you did a "intelligent" search (I combined stats for 4 listed models of Tagora)

I'm sure at least a couple of them are roadworthy but may be sorned at the moment, perhaps for the winter?

I have never seen a Tagora.

1989 Peugeot 205. You know, the one that was parked in a ditch on the campsite at RRG'17... the glass is always full. but the ratio of air to water may vary.

There were a couple taxed until previous reporting quarter.
I worry about the accuracy of the data despite assurances its all good.
I used to know a hot girl who drove a Tagora. It was a silver 2.2 of fairly high spec. Her dad was my boss at the time and he had two of them, a V6 for best and a burgundy 2.2 for commuting.
I've never seen any others although a mate of a mate owned one for a while. That was a V6 too.
I got told of one but it was a Solara. Could the M2 sighting have been a Solara? Mind you the data on the website is a quarter behind so cars can get taxed between the last reporting period and now.

Its not an official site so no official word will be forthcoming. However as I understand it that get XML direct from the DVLA so its straight out of the computer at Swansea....

Everyone knows its not 100% bob-on, neither is the DVLA data it comes from.

The figures on that site need to be taken with a pinch of salt - they have been proven by a number of owners clubs to be incorrect .

I know of at least one Tagora which was on the road in the summer (it's appeared at Classic on the Common in Harpenden the last 3 years running), and it wasn' hanging onto the road by the skim of filler in it's sills. In fact, it was so tidy that I suspect it's off the road for the winter - I doubt it's ever seen a drop of rain let alone a salty road.

When the final Tagora on UK roads goes to the scrap yard in the sky autoshite will implode. That hasn't happened yet so there must be at least one doing the rounds.

The issue is the DVLA data being different for the same models i.e. i could be down as just a plain Talbot or whatever the registering dealer decided. This leaves room for ambiguity but the figures can be used as an indicator of what is getting pretty darn obscure. Tagoras were never that common to start with lol The do contain a large amount of win though, mainly for being rubbish and rare, everyone loves an underdog ;D I'd have one

There was a article in one of the recent Practical Classics regarding what a terrible state the DVLA data is in for older cars. Apparantly it all stems from when all the records were paper based and regional offices were responsible for registering vehicles so many would have their own interpretation with regards to makes, models, etc which would differ from other offices.
