I have found some video footage of one of my all time favorite hillclimb/sprint Scimitars known as Blue Thunder! Its super modified with a 3.4 litre GAA engine (as used in the Works RS3100 Ford Capri). Gave the car over 440 bhp and a top speed of over 155 mph
Here what it looks like:
It sounds and looks superb ;D ;D
Two different views at Curborough in 1995:
(7.22mb)
(5.97mb)
A look around the car including its engine!!
(16.9mb)
If the footage is jerky, right click on each mpeg and click "save target as" to save them to your hardrive.
There a couple more on:

Ford competition department only sold 100 of these legendary engines. I spotted one for sale in the USA for $10,000. Hmmm, if only i had the money
Does anyone have any pictures of a Ford Cosworth GAA engine? I have looked on Google, but I can only find a couple of really small pictures
All the best
