	Newbie on his first post!!! Bedford rascal pickup refurbed last year. The 1 litre engine was a bit feeble and need a bit more poke!! Went and bought a TL1000 Suzuki bike for the transplant! Started off like this: Then started to make up the drivetrain and finish off the engine cradle. Had to change from chain drive to shaft drive and frabricate up an electric reverse system. Speedo on the van was mechanical and had to be changed to electrical so refitted with a digital dash binnacle with warning lamps. On the road and going well few finished pics and a small video of it idling. Hope you enjoy!!

	absolutely fantastic, a friend of mine recently aquired one of these for work for free! was an old service van for a power station, and only covered 10k! love these, and that one looks spot on.

	Reminds me of 70s show trucks with all the flash removed, in a good way. If it were mine I'd probably put the van bodywork on below the bed and some different wheels... but that certainly shouldn't be taken as criticism since that's a lovely bit of kit just the way it is.

	This is proper penguins nadger territory. Coolest thing I've seen for a while. However, without a vid of it doing skidz it's almost a fail, and therefore you should forfeit the ownership to me immediately

	Thanks for the comments!! ;D. Bought a complete bike for the donor so hadn't to search for bits and pay rediculous prices for small items. Was a real PITA getting it to all come together, but worth it in the end. Only issue with it sometimes is the clutch, needs a sigma slipper basket and barnett plates fitted to sort that out!! Goes really well, surprislingly reasonable on fuel (35-40 MPG!!!) and an animal in the wet (5th before traction sets in on 2/3 throttle). Have to get a rolling video done.
