Wind back a bit to March ish, Big brake conversion finished at the front,S type jag discs and calipers look like this when nailed to a Rover P5B But then the sun came out so its been used all over the summer with no more progress just enjoyment driving it. I bought this at the tail end of the summer and have been getting it ready to race, I'm racing it in the 200cc modified road bike class at the Mablethorpe sand racing club.

....and looks like it should be mounted underneath the bottom yolk, not the fork legs... It was fixed to the underside of the yokes originally but it didn't stop as much of the sand flying about as it does now. It also makes it look faster!

Which should fit on a little something like this, Its an Eaton M90 from a Mustang and a pair if intercoolers from an XJR Jag. I'm just waiting for a pulley to come from the states so i can have a good measure up. So far its looking promising. Oh yes, yes, YES...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

nice work bud! can not wait to get my engine running in the Scimitar, at least mine came from a running car and I have the full loom so I hope getting it running wont be too painful.......love the supercharger! I am toying with that idea also but I may use the whole setup from the Jaguar XJR? Thats a long time off yet so many other jobs to do first.

Thanks for posting today, if not I wouldn't have had the pleasure of reading this at my desk on a lonely Saturday at work! Any recent pics of the beast?

Passed the MOT today with just a minor oil leak so we are back on the road. I’d forgotten how much I enjoyed driving this car.
