Excellent pictures mate! Were you there on the Sunday? We managed to get in out and easily on the Saturday, I'm guessing the Sunday is probably a busier day.

Yeah, I don't think the rain helped - there was a mass downpour-led exodus just as we were leaving, so we ended up sitting totally stationary for over an hour while the car park attendants dithered, then they shouted at us to go another way (as if it was our fault), and then we had to sit in another queue for half an hour. But we had sandwiches in the car, so it wasn't the end of the world...
Funny how they never have these issues at the Festival of Speed.

Nice photos DBizz. A pity the weather turned. Can any Ford people enlighten me about this engine which I think is in a Cortina? (Edit:Its in that red/gold Escort) Slide throttle mechanical injection?

Nice pics. I didn't even get the camera out this time. Still a great event but I just couldn't get into it this year, and I'm still wondering why. The weather played a big part, but dare I say - and I am sounding like an old man now - the vibe didn't seems as good to me, and my wife actually said that before I did. Far more people in standard clobber, or, in really stupid fancy dress. Kind of didn't feel like a step back in time like it did a few years ago. the revival used to feel like a very different crowd than FOS, now it doesn't. Also, it felt the numbers have reached capacity. Queues for everything but the Wall of Death it seemed. Admittedly, being distracted by our little one meant we found it more difficult to escape into the world of Goodwood, so we'll still go next year and have agreed to do the whole weekend to try and soak it all in more.

By the time of next year's Revival, we'll have a six month-old; I reckon I'll go on my own on the Friday to see all the static bits (and hopefully avoid the crowds to an extent), then go as a family on the Sunday for the best racing. ;D

Nice pics D'Biz Might get round to uploading mine at some point, you never know.. We had an enjoyable day there on the Saturday, rain was a irritation but didn't dampen things too much. I agree with Al 100% on the capacity tho - it sells out every year & every year they increase the number of tickets.. This year I felt there was more people & more attractions taking up the same amount of space and it got a bit silly really. The queues were insane, even in the Members enclosures (which in itself is starting to feel a lot less 'special' than it used too..) Still the best place to see a fabulous collection of fine machinery getting thrashed round a track tho ;D and you get to dress up!

Our little girl was fine with all the racing noise, and seemed to be interested in what was going on, all except for the Galaxies in the St Marys Trophy, which scared her half to death each time they went past ;D ;D

Great pics dbizzle! I must congratulate you for the pic of the Anglias on the transporter but I'm a tad biaised as the yellow and white saloon is mine. And the 66 Mustang is my friend's which was my ride for the weekend as obviously my Anglia was immobile (except when it went around the track for the Ford parade). Shame the weather was a bit pants at times but I enjoyed the four days I was there.
Oh, scared by the Galaxies, lol? I'll have to take you for you a blast in my 59 Impala as remedial therapy.
