Popped along to the Beaulieu International Enamel Sign, Railway Memorobilia and Die Cast Model Jumble yesterday, these are some of the lovely things that I wanted but had no need / appropriate vehicle / funds for... A Halibrand quick change and a set of four Torq Thrust D-alikes... A Hilborn mechanical injection setup for a small block Chevy... A lovely little Coventry Climax engine... A complete, unused NOS Herald 13/60 bonnet (this could have saved me weeks of work!) from Rare Bits 4 Classics... A badger... Another mechanical injection setup... Some super-dishy Minilites... A comedy hardtop for an MGB (I've driven under one of these; they make your hair look green)... Three down draughts on a Ford V6 manifold... Either of these... A set of Dino alloys... A simply beautiful Alfa body in alloy. I did however pick up a few bits and pieces for the Herald and good day out. Em.

Great pics, cheers - enjoyed that. I really must get down to this someday.
I imagine Hardcore will be along soon with tales of unexpected purchases...

Remember the days when sex was safe and motorsport was dangerous. Vintage bling always attracts pussy.

Some very cool stuff there. Are these definately Hilborn? It's just that I've got a 4 cyl set very similar to them but with absolutely no markings so would love to know if they were Hilborn.Or not.

My dad went with loads of money and just bought a giant klaxon for no reason at all haha

Do you need a reason for a giant klaxon? ;D
Is it wrong when you ooooffff at a fuel injection set-up for an engine you don't own, that you'd never ever realistically need? It just looks fast doesn't it.... ;D

1989 Peugeot 205. You know, the one that was parked in a ditch on the campsite at RRG'17... the glass is always full. but the ratio of air to water may vary.

Yeah, I had a good look and it had "HILBORN" cast into the base. You can just make out the "RN" to the right of the price tag! Wonder what yours are?!

Popped along to the Beaulieu International Enamel Sign, Railway Memorobilia and Die Cast Model Jumble yesterday Lol, so true. You're also uncannily well provided for if you are into Austin 7s or pedal cars. Old Toyotas not so much. Either of these... That lot was still pretty much intact at kicking out time today. Bargain of the day for me was a couple of Alpine amps for four quid, one a fair biggun. Just tried them and both working so I am well happy. Think I've seen enough Coventry Climaxes today to pump that duck pond dry. There was even a diesel(?) one knocking about.

This is a show I have been meaning to do for years. With some treats there, I may just go down (and try not to be broke by the end of the day!).

Nice shots Seth! Missed the '37 Ute, that looks fabulous! I too saw an AC 3000 ME in the car park on the way out, it was winking at me! (Dunno if these are anything like TR7s in that if you leave a light up, you’ll find you have a flat battery in the morning…?!) That grill looks familiar, early Jaguar XJ6, maybe...?
