One and the same. I love how he says he runs his own bodyshop,when in reality he uses next doors council garage. I saw a thread somewhere where some poor guy had sent him some stuff to paint and when he eventaully got it back it was such a mess. Looked like a dog had painted it with its tail.
Hopefully craig the cops can help you out and hopefully he`ll get another jail term.

Crikey...this sort of thing is what turned Edition38 Classifieds into something resembling a Third Reich car boot sale...you have to have pictures with your user name in them or you're not allowed to list, 200 posts minimum or your not allowed to list...I'm sure it gets rid of the casual scammers but makes a community feel a bit less...friendly.

This thread isn't for 'outing' scammers...it's about one scammer. There is a big difference between someone taking your money with no intention of supplying goods and someone who is unreliable, not particularly clever or just a bit useless.

he is known on facebook as : danny murphy, paul woodward, chris osbourne, dave morris, and i believe another name but cannot remember the alias.

Has he ever been brought to justice (apart from from a couple of years ago for fraud (and then committing multiple fraud again on a suspended sentence)).

Thought you all might like an update: Paul Woodward was up to his usual tricks and defrauded 3 guys in another car group I am part of. They were in Magistrates Court this morning where Mr Woodward plead guilty to fraud and was sentenced. So he has finally been brought to justice. I don't know what judgement was handed down but will update when I know more
