Spotted in Edinburgh yesterday. Very awesome. The bonnet vents and clips might just be for show. It's taxed as a 1500. Standard issue rear lights? I did a bit of Googling and can't find one like this. The W126 parked next to it is also awesome, I see it all the time. I'd like to think there's a super-awesome millionaire (it's a very exclusive postcode area) who thought an M3 and a Benz CL were too boring so he went retro with this pair.

I'm so into old British stuff at the moment and it's cars like these that are the reason why.

Hmmm it might be a 1500... But then it could be a 1500 with a turbo, supercharger... A 1500 out of something else? Looks cool either way

Never really been a huge fan of MGA's but that really pushes my buttons! Looks brutish, but still light and delicate (ish)
Want!

Started off as a hard top, Chick Doigs in Cardenden converted it into a Speedster for the owner 4/5 years ago. Just phoned my mate that works there, it's seemingly got some overbored MGB lump in it.

Glad to see this car still going. When I was a student in Edinburgh it was still around back in 2002, it was always parked near that Vodka bar on George IV bridge so I always assumed it was the owner's. But I'm sure back then it used to sport a hardtop all of the time
